“ Sono stato da De Rione Talenti e ho scelto la formula del menù fisso: un’ottima idea che permette di provare più piatti senza appesantirsi. Si parte con una selezione di antipasti sfiziosi: menzione speciale alle polpettine di carbonara e amatriciana, originali e davvero gustose. A seguire tre assaggi di primi: tutti ben fatti, ma la cacio e pepe è stata quella che mi ha colpito di più, cremosa e perfettamente equilibrata nei sapori. Per chiudere in dolcezza ho assaggiato il croccante all’amarena molto piacevole. Ambiente accogliente e servizio cordiale completano un’esperienza che consiglio a chi vuole gustare la cucina romana in una versione varia e divertente. ”
